Rosacea affects homeostasis because it causes a small build up of cells near the surface of the skin. This causes the integumentary system to become irritated and red.

Not only does rosacea affect the person physically but i read that, through tests and surveys done by national organizations, this disease can also harm a persons mental health. It is said that rosacea can cause significant social and psychological problems if left untreated.
